What I need from you
Four things. The three-day clock starts when they land, so the faster you send them the sooner you're live. However is easiest for you: WhatsApp, a Drive link, a shared album.
Original photos, landscape where you have them. Not saved from Instagram.
Straight off the phone or camera is perfect. Anything re-downloaded from Instagram has already lost half its detail.
Names, hours, what's included, and the price you actually charge.
A voice note or a photo of your own price list is fine. I'll write it up and you correct it.
The WhatsApp number enquiries should land on.
One number, not three. Every button on the site opens a message to it with the trip name already written.
A link to your Google Business Profile, for reviews and the map.
If you don't have one yet, say so. Setting it up is part of the build, not an extra.
Missing one of them doesn't stop the build. I start with what you've sent and leave a gap where the rest goes. Only the photos really hold things up, because nothing else can stand in for them.
Useful, but not required
Send them if you have them- A logo file. The original, not a screenshot. If you don't have one, the site works fine with your name set properly.
- A short video. One good clip on the first screen is worth more than five average photos.
- Your best reviews. Screenshots from anywhere, or just tell me where to find them.
- The languages your guests speak. I'll tell you whether a second language is worth the work for your kind of trip.
- Any domain you already own. Even if it's pointing at nothing.
Then what
The rest is on meI come back with a price and a date, build it, and send you a working link on a real address within three days. You go through it twice, then it goes live on your domain. You see the finished site before you pay for it. Nothing to fill in here: send what you have and I'll tell you what's missing.
